The restaurant offered to pick up replacements, but this wasn't possible because I couldn't leave the house and had also paid delivery fees. After filing a complaint, I only received a fraction of my money back, but the branch manager assured me on the phone that the full amount would be refunded. My experience with this restaurant involved extremely poor service, lies, and embezzlement. I will personally avoid this restaurant in the future and recommend that everyone I know do the same.
