Excellent drinks, excellent atmosphere, and great staff. We felt so comfortable here and loved all of our drink. Favorites of the night were the Mexican Mule and the Friday Kahlo.

If you 're a cocktail connoisseur then this is a place to add to your rotation while in Berlin. Stagger Lee is a hidden gem nestled on an unsuspecting block. From the outside, the facade looks rather quaint but, ring the bell, step inside, and you 'll feel like you 're in another place during another time. The place is surprisingly large once you 're inside. The decor is reminiscent of an old parlor or saloon with an intimate, dimly lit ambiance. Step on up to the bar and they 'll give you a unique leather-bound book to thumb through as you careful choose your craft [cocktail]. The offerings are unique, the ingredients vibrant and fresh, and you can tell a significant amount of attention and detail went into each creation. I gravitate toward liquor-forward and it certainly shined in the cocktails I enjoyed during my visit. If you 're into liquor-forward like me, you won 't be disappointed. I had the Lee 's Boulevardier with rye, vermouth, and artichoke liquor. I also enjoyed their old fashioned. Both were solid, strong, and hit the spot. My S.O. went for a few options that were more 'creative. ' I, of course, swapped tastings and loved every sip of hers just a much; nothing was too sweet or fruity. Cocktails here will run you an average of $14/each but this is standard fare for the qualitu. Bartenders know their ****, hands down! All in all, if you love craft cocktails and you 're in Berlin, this is THE PLACE TO TRY.
