Many of the dishes have an authenticity and care of preparation you don't always find in Chinese restaurants in Europe. Most if the dishes here are spicy (Sezxhuan) and interesting. A very food lunch. I did not find the service to be a problem at all by the way so surprised by so many other comments.

Order whatever you want from the menu, and you can be sure it'll be a treat for your taste buds – if you're into spicy food, that is. But then, that's what you want from a Sichuanese/Hunanese restaurant, isn't it? Only fly in the ointment (or hotpot, rather): their service is abysmal! Prepare yourself to be waiting a good while for your dishes and then to reorder half of them, as they somehow got lost on the way to the kitchen…

Feel completely ignored by the waitresses who look like very inexperienced students. My Drink sat on the bar for 10 min without anyone care to ask whose it was. If you finally get your noodle ordered 30 min ago, you're lucky!

I wrote an email to this practice and they told me that they acc... read more We moved recently to the area and I was looking for a pediatrician for my 2 years old daughter. I wrote an email to this practice and they told me that they accept new patients even though we’ve been to the other doctor before (I explained that we want to have someone closer to our new home and it was fine by them). However when I entered Dr. room one of the first things she told me was that they cannot take us. Though I came with specific questions about my daughter’s condition Dr was empathic that we should go back to the previous practice and that they cannot treat us here. She mentioned that they have lots of patients already, so even if my daughter gets some flu/virus we still should not come here in the future. To make sure I understood correctly, I triple checked what she said. In a nutshell: there was no sense for us to come, I didn’t get clear instructions for my questions/concerns and I was simply sent back. I don’t know if it was a miscommunication between reception and doctors, but I felt extremely frustrated and bad after the appointment. Not to say about waiting time despite the appointment (which was mentioned by others here as well) with a toddler in a small room.

She gives advice after thoroughly assessing the situation and making sure no detail is missed. The consultation rooms are very child friendly too equipped with slides or other toys to keep them busy. The reception works fast and efficient. They are available over the phone for questions and forthcoming with last minute changes in appointments.
