I come from the USA, so here is the thing: this place has absolutely terrible service. People are very rude! BUT they serve the best veggie burgers I have ever tried, so I guess I don't really care about 5 minutes of not polite talking if I get a chance to enjoy good food. The burgers are big and there is an option to order yuka instead of fries. My husband enjoyed fresh ingredients in his cheeseburger as well as his beer. I would come back again, because, again, it's all worth it.
The two other foodies AF and AB and I were here for breakfast after a cheerful night. Fortunately, we snatched one of the few tables in the small space of the shop. So it's not the best place to go there with a bigger group of people. The choice was wide-ranging whether for veggies or carnivores. Also of the drinks. I took the Cheeseburger, sweet potatoes and a Bluna. Burger and sweet potatoes tasted good and I was sated after the meal, but flavourful it was no highlight. So everything was ok, but nothing at it was outstanding. But one Brownie Point for the wet wipe to clean the greasy hands!
The place has 3 tables and some bar chairs against the window. Really small and hard to fiind a seat. We got a chceese burger and a vegetarian chickpeas burger. They didn't ask how well we want our burger so I guess it is medium rare for everyone. The burgers were not earth shattering but it was decent. Fried were average, tasted frozen but ok. I would come back again just because I live near by but I probably won't make a spectial trip for it.
Good burger. Fresh ingredients and a friendly staff. There are four tables inside with some window bar seating. There are several tables outside in the warm months. Yummy!
I've visited Schiller twice one at the burger place and once at their café bar. The bar is by far better than the burger place more comfy, better service, less crowded (of course it depends on the hour) The burger place is small and usually crowded, on summer days it's nice to sit outside too, but there are not too many seats inside, and the ones that are there, are pretty dense. The prices are a bit too much in both of you ask me, and I can't really understand why, the burger is good but not something that knocked me off my feet, the sweet potato fries were yummy though. But again charging for sauce? That's really annoying, especially when it's not that cheap in the first place. Everyone speak English, at least every staff member I've interacted with and everything was done with a smile. One thing I have to say which may sound ridiculous the toilets are really cute, well done. Overall a good place to hang out when you're around.
