What a nugget among all those great places you can find in Mitte to have your vegetarian or vegan share of sensational flavours, awesome texture and - to be noted - Chicken or Duck if you would like to have some real ''meat" ;-)In the menu you can find for example "Vit Cha" a crispy duck breast filet with vegetables in a delicious peanut sauce and rice or "Gà chay så ót" a savory chicken, stir fried with garlic, lemongrass, vegetables and chilli, that gives the crispy chicken a nice and hot note....Now, if your meatloving friends are satisfied to get their protein from animals you can start looking at the wide variety of vietnamese dishes... One visit will not be enough - as the size of the portions is more than fulfilling when you pick a starter and a main dish... Long story short the variety of flavors is great... the tofu prepared differently for every dish - so you relay can work your way through the menu without getting bored.... A good idea might be to share different menues with your friends to cover more ;-)And no worries even your meatlovers will be surprised if they realize that they just had a vegan menn....The staff is friendly, efficient - as family businesses normaly are!Looking forward to my next visit.Oh, and btw, after 4 you always get a dessert for free to your menu ;-)
Our second visit in three nights after a disastrous attempt at another Viet meal elsewhere last night. Brilliant meal - must be our best ever (non salad) veggie meals. Superb taste, amazing 'duck' and delicious 'chicken'. Free dessert. Great price. Great presentation. Sweet potato chips additional side. Yum! Off the beaten track but make the effort to try even if you are not a veggie - if you are and don't go, well...
This small restaurant has a long list of vegetarian foods, mostly around 3-7 euros. The food and red wine were quite tasty and service good.
