Drinks a... read more Great bar in Neukolln/Kreuzberg! If you're in the area definitley pay it a visit. It has a chilled vibe with a large central room and a cosy side room. Drinks are fairly reasonable, and they have a good choice. The toilets are clean and covered...in funky graffiti like most Berlin bars. When we went there was a cool DJ playing and people were painting in the separate room, which was a bit surreal but just typical Berlin. The main room is lit by candle light with a big bar in the centre. Quirky, cool and nice atmosphere

Rotbart (Red beard) definitely made an impact on me by playing really really good music which reminded me of my time as a teenager. Instead of boring lounge music or contemporary pop, they played music ranging from The Postal...Service to Portishead and Massive Attack. It's a very cozy bar, with lots of comfortable couches and chairs which are inviting you to lounge around and chat for hours since the drinks are quite cheap

The thing that makes it different from others is the stand up comedy night...on Thursday's. Hosts are great, performers are newcomers and professionals visiting Berlin and the overall atmosphere is great so that after couple of Thursday's you start feeling as being around mates you know for quite some time already. Beer of the house is quite good even tough not so cheap but worth the price anyway. If you happen to be in Berlin on Thursday do not miss it and on other days drop by if you are crawling the pubs of Neukolln
