And this is before you even hold the coffee in your hands, and the waitress is eyeing you suspiciously with puppy-dog eyes. Unfortunately, the shop has lost its really good rating, which it otherwise more than deserves. I like to tip generously, but not when I 'm practically begged for it. This isn 't America.
