At the entrance of the hotel golden tulip enticed a riser on which a 4 courses - pfifferling menu was offered. 28 € for 4 courses in the restaurant of a 4 star... read more At the entrance of the hotel golden tulip enticed a riser on which a 4 courses - pfifferling menu was offered. 28 € for 4 courses in the restaurant of a 4 star hotels appeared quite cheap. the start formed a pfifferlingssalat on feldsalat with walnuts. simply delicious! a pfiffering cream soup, which was totally salted and also still spicy, were a crust drop over the first floor. it followed calf-scattered with pfifferlingen. both had been dressed in a sauce that had strong similarity with the suppe from the first floor. only missing almost all spices and the meat was unfortunately tough and dry due to too long. that dessert, an erdbeermousse, was then again so pleasant that one was almost reconciled and can still come to a halfway good assessment. drink prices should be considered. a sweetly tapped and not well tempered beer was not worth € 3.60 and a large water is overpaid with € 7 because it was not pellegrino or the like. perhaps this was due to the cheap menu price.
