As a surprise I found out about this place from my friends. We ate there in the afternoon and during...the evening. The food was cheap and very tasty. Strongly recommend it.

Order and pay at the counter, get a drink out of the cooler, then choose a table inside or out...on the sidewalk. Other reviewers mentioned having beer or wine with their meal, but we didn't see any available.
