The space is enlarged by mirrors below the ceiling. The interior is that of a typical cafe. The menu is short, but good featuring soups and main dishes for both meat eaters and vegetarians. The maultaschen, a German meat filled ravioli-like pasta was well prepared. it was served with cream cabbage and roasted ognion. The service was average and not very quick, but knowledgable about the wines. The riesling recommended for the dish was pleasant. A good rest for the hungry or thristy visitor of Martin-Gropius-Bau

The food is of excellent quality and very fresh. We missed out on the carrot cake this time, but we will definitely be back just for that! Thank you
