If only every Berlin restaurant had people with such great attitude to customers. 10/10

Even special requests, like an extra plate for bones, were quickly fulfilled. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The only downside was the very inconsistent portion sizes depending on the dish ordered. I finished my meal well before my partner. The ambiance is lovely, but it can be quite noisy depending on the location, or you might find yourself seated in a corridor where a lot of staff rush past. We'd gladly come back.

The dishes are fresh and lovingly prepared, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The seasonal dishes and the cozy atmosphere are particularly recommended – ideal for a relaxed meal in the old town.

I haven't experienced such inattentive service in a long time. And with the food, there was (unfortunately) a significant discrepancy between the expectations raised by the menu description and the actual food on my plate (although the food itself wasn't bad). I've had much better experiences with both the food and the service at the Ratskeller, and if the location weren't so cool, I would have only given it one star.
