First I bought the Ipad trust a... read more My experience with Pro-jex was not at all pleasing with the back market platform they work with and on which they are published. First I bought the Ipad trust and bet to give the second chance to technological products as I bought an iPhone 11 2 years ago and I had no problem on the Back Market platform in excellent condition. I bought an iPad in excellent condition in Back Market with Pro-jex also the purchase in excellent condition I am a logical person and can get defective in some things as it is overhauled or in the long run you can give problems. My experience is that when I bought the Ipad and got it at my home, from the first charge of the tablet was the battery hot. I did not add too much importance to this because it was overhauled and loaded from 0 to 100 and it was logically loaded longer than normal. Days later, it continued to heat up in the same way until the screen broke near the battery and charger. Pro-Jex wrote to the platform and not directly to me that it is an aesthetic damage I caused (which is not the case), as I bought my tablet on 22.04.2024 and not even two weeks ago when it happened to me. They say they can't open the battery because the screen would break. It is not my problem that it cannot be checked, and they justify that it has been a abuse and a blow because it has an aesthetic damage. Logical when the screen has jumped

I... read more I've caused a short circuit through liquid metal in a motherboard, despite liquid silicone. Since I'm not from Berlin, I was with a competing company before. I described my problem. The Lord could not help me. After that I was with Projex and I was quickly helped. I delivered the individual component. After about 1 1/2 weeks I got the answer that a capacitor was defective. I reinstalled the part and it ran again. The manufacturer would not have repaired this, but replaced the whole part for 300€. At Projex I only paid 50€. Staff are competent, friendly and accommodating. The technology team has a very large expertise in microelectronics. 11/10 stars

I have received an error report and a cost offer on the same day, and two days later the component was not replaced. This can not be many, but is also sustainable. Overall, this was already my third repair at Projex and I have had very good experiences so far. In this respect, a top recommendation.
