Stumbled into this place while walking around the area and it was absolutely amazing! The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Ask for some of their more popular dishes and you really can't go wrong. Plus, they have some great wine on the menu too. Super lucky to have stumbled in!
A great Bulgarian restaurant right on the square. Perfect on Sundays for a late brunch as they do great hangover friendly food. Also the market in the square is great to look round afterwards. The staff were friendly, but it took a while for our food to arrive. Possible because 12 of us turned up unannounced however! Free Wi-Fi :
At one cold day, we came into this place, my friend was very impressed by it the last time she was there and said I must try it- I have been promised comfort food but couldn't find much comfort in it... Maybe Bulgarian food is not my thing. Most of the things are vegetarian, a few portions had fish and I think only one portion had beef... When we came here we were already starving, and there was only one waitress serving all the tables so it took really long until she came, and we've also waited pretty much forever for the food. I have ordered some cheese with bread as an appetizer as I had the feeling it'll take ages for the food. My friend's goulash soup was pretty good but I guess I wouldn't order it to myself. And as a main dish I had to settle for roasted potatoes that had so much dill on them I literally became a bit nauseous. It wasn't too pricy but I did remain hungry after this short trip... Really small dishes. Guess I would be coming for a soup later on but not for a meal.

It is a nice place, with simple food and ingredients, but wonderfully cooked and very tasty. The vegetarian soup with a nice yellow colour was wonderful. The main dish was with egg, tomato and cheese, extremely tasty. Dessert, bufala joghurt with honey, simple but again...grear. Also the wine for euros is cheap and good, considering how cheap it is. I tried a bulgarian merlot, which can be good even when cheap. stars because the good food is also very cheap. Will go there again
