I think I’ve probably had eggs Benedict in places at least, and it’s never been this good. It was simple and fresh, but had all...of these extra goodies tucked inside... like fresh greens, julienned veggies, a sweet vinaigrette underneath with mozzarella, and was topped with avocado. I can’t wait to go back.
