The restaurant was very dirty overall – tables weren't wiped, the floor was sticky, and the dishes didn't look clean either. The smell in the room was unpleasant and made the experience even more unpleasant. The staff were unfriendly and seemed annoyed when you politely asked for something. You didn't feel welcome at all as a guest. The food was poorly presented, and the taste was also below average. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Pipaso. Hygiene and customer service urgently need to be improved.
