Pretty decent food with good quantity. Service is also fast.

RATES Sorry I have to do this for people who enjoy this restaurant. Went here again with my girlfriend before and the food was great with super service from an older woman who worked there. On this particular occasion I spoke to a young woman named Wyn. I did a call job while she had a personal call all the time. Of course, she made my order wrong. Asked for a dish with duck instead of beef (as I can't eat beef), so did not end up eating this night. I live 2 trains and 7 stops away from Pho Hoi, so it was back before closing time was no option. The next day I called and Wyn agreed to replace my order the next time. Two days past, and I just came around. Wyn argued vehement with me after he had agreed to replace my order, but finally she said she would scream at me after 7 minutes. I added an additional order of spring rolls (which I paid) and expected my meal to be replaced as well as the spring rolls. While waiting for my food, I pointed out to the rat (image attached) where Wyn ignored and went back to speak on another personal call. I know, CRAZY, right? I sat there shocked when my order came out and started thinking, there is no way to eat this food after I had seen a rat on a table without worries from the staff. After Wyn had taken a closer look, Wyn did not even replace my order after he had agreed and spent my personal time back and away. Instead, she gave me a little duck in a tiny box. I know! Anyway, I wanted to plead my case, but Wyn began to ask where the food was from 2 days before, as if she would replace my order if I had. Obviously, 'I think 'I'm just going around, just trying to cheat restaurants out of food to live, so she started fighting with me again. After seeing the rat, I said forget it and asked for my money. Surprisingly, she refused. Eat in this restaurant at your own expense, find a rat, fall rats or other rodents in your meal.

Berlin has a rough time to nail actual Asian food. In fact, it's just not. But here... these guys restore my faith. Delicious, huge portions and lovely. The Pho is Yam. Maybe a little more taste, but it's the best I tried in this city. I'm coming here a lot. Really delicious teas. Only cash. Nice staff and pile of outdoor seating for the summer. Yum Yum. I loved the red Cury duck, and there is a deeelish beef noodle dish that I never tasted before I came here. That's super rare for me.

Excellent Vietnamese restaurant in a cozy part of the city. We had dinner here with our children and we all loved it. Very cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was wonderful and quite expensive. The best spicy food I've had for a long time. Well, drink with or without alcohol. They don't accept credit cards and cash.

This restaurant with quirky (in the fun sense) decor in a colourful neighbourhood has huge potential. The food is cooked with fresh ingredients but unfortunately has been temped down for Northern European palate. The green papaya salad, for example, is flavourful but for missing bits...of green chilies and the accompanying occasion sharpness. Similarly for duck in hoisin sauce and all the other dishes we ate. Still, it is worth going too both for fresh flavours and to experience the neighbourhood. Leave yourself time to wander about before settling in for dinner.
