But the service at this location was truly awfu... read more I really like Peter Pane and visit their restaurants in many cities. I always find the food delicious and fresh. But the service at this location was truly awful. Honestly, it was awful. There was a line of over 12 people outside the entrance, even though the restaurant was half empty. I waited for 7 minutes, nothing changed, and the service staff didn't seem to notice the huge line. I sat down at one of the empty tables, and the waitress ran angrily over to me, yelled at me, and indicated that I would be waiting a very long time. Instead of doing her job, the waitress ran all over the restaurant talking to every colleague to make sure no one took my order. That's what I call setting priorities at work. Preferring to get into a conflict rather than work on the service. In short, even though the restaurant was half empty, I waited 50 minutes for my burger, and the waitress completely ignored me. In the end, after almost an hour wasted there, the waitress said she wasn't going to bring it out.
