Apparently, they don 't believe in customer loyalty or cultivating relationships. But today was the last straw. When I briefly went to the restroom, they took the opportunity to take away my unfinished cocktail—and it wasn 't free; I paid for it. When I complained, the restaurant owner reacted defensively and in a rather unfriendly tone instead of apologizing. He simply stated that he would correct his employee. The lack of respect shown to me was unbelievable, especially since I 'm a regular customer who even brings new customers to the restaurant. I can no longer recommend this place because of the poor service. A simple apology would have sufficed.
