We... read more We went to Osterberger for the first time yesterday and had a great evening. The service was very courteous, friendly and guided us well through the evening. We liked the starters the best. The Brussels sprouts and steak tartare were wonderful! The main courses were also very good, but the dessert was a bit lacking. Great neighborhood restaurant! You get the feeling that everyone knows each other. :D We'll definitely be back!

This restaurant, for its prices and hype, is really not worth visiting. we booked this as the last resort, as it was the only place with tables in the night whe... read more This restaurant, for its prices and hype, is really not worth visiting. we booked this as the last resort, as it was the only place with tables in the night when we landed in berlin! eating is their standard high-end European kitchen, nothing really comes out. I chose my main thing and got the bouillabaisse I regretted. the seafood themselves were good, but the suppe was very rich with no type of brot to have it with the main reason for my negative review is that any other table was given a bread basket as part of their experience except us. this is a bad service, but also we couldn't figure out why we were found maybe we weren't dressed formally enough? so or so, very average dining room experience and less than average service. the ambiente was beautiful.
