Was Amit Kumar (EZIO) at Noumi Mitte a mag?
I have been to this restaurant 3 times already and every time tried a different dish and their speciality noodles. They have amazing noodles and in a lot of different varieties and bases. My favourite is the one with spinach. You can also request noodles of different shapes and base combinations, which is not intuitive in the beginning but they can do that. Though most of the time it is packed and service can be a bi... View all feedback.

What alex kaplun dislikes about Noumi Mitte:
Very low level of food. The steak and rise noodles just not eatable. The basil coctail under any expectation. The space is not clean enough. We gave back almost all the meeals. The waiter was very nice and gave us 10% as his personal discount when the restaraunt gave nothing. In other words, really not recommended place to eat. View all feedback.

The glowing reviews had already set the bar high – and still, this spot managed to exceed expectations. Honestly, this might have been one of the best Asian restaurants I’ve visited in Europe in recent years. We started with the fried rice featuring seitan – a generous and well-balanced plate, full of layered flavors and small surprises in texture and seasoning. But the real showstoppers were the mains. My partner went for a noodle dish with seitan, tofu, and vegetables – beautifully seasoned and perfectly portioned, with just the right amount of heat and harmony. I opted for the Asian–French fusion dish, “poulet” with house-made noodles. The chicken was tender, aromatic, and packed with those signature umami notes that linger on the palate in all the best ways. The vegetables were crisp, the noodles perfectly textured – and the house-made kimchi was a true standout: tangy, fresh, and with just enough kick to tie everything together. We were truly impressed – and then came the dessert. The chocolate brownie cake, while not bad by any means, just didn’t hold up to the rest of the meal. A bit flat in flavor and lacking the same creative touch that elevated the rest of the menu. Service was attentive and genuinely warm, and the interior hit the sweet spot between stylish and cozy, with a cool open kitchen vibe that adds energy to the experience. The price-to-quality ratio? Spot on. If we find ourselves back in Berlin, there’s no doubt – this place is going straight on our regulars list.

At Noumì, located on the Gendarmenmarkt, everything is a sign of colorful pasta dishes, along with rice peels and pho scales. Here traditional dishes are interpreted and developed indochina original and creative. Seven handmade noodles of different colors and aromas are freshly made from natural ingredients. Seasonal products and exotic spices are used for the dishes. Also vegetarian or vegan-feeding guests are offered great taste experiences. The dishes are very colourful, varied and appealing. The glass kitchen in the room allows the preparation of dishes. The value for money is consistent. The interior is modern and cozy, as well as the outdoor area invites you to stay.

Cozy place with good quality food

Excellent food! I especially enjoyed the Veggin Good and banana cake for dessert. Will be back when again in Berlin
