We had a splendid evening once we were seated. Every dish was beautifully prepared, well-balanced and thoughtfully created—-basically quite spectacular in their simplicity. Unfortunately our guests were not lovers of natural wines so they struggled with the choice for beverages but we (almost only drink natural wines so the wine list was perfect for us: Our servers were attentive, polite (unfazed when our lady guest said Natural wine is vinegar , cheerful and left no questions unanswered. All in all a beautiful evening. Thank you!
