This restaurant is proud to use only local ingredients from the farm. in february this means that they are heavily dependent on food stored by biting or other wisely strongly acidic. the food had a sharp, strong taste, as one can expect from objects.
Time when we ate there at night. like the first time it was very delicious. friendly waiter. when they bring you this, they always explain a little where they take it and what they did with it. it is a special experience to eat there.

Three hours on hard, uncomfortable chairs, ten courses and not feeling stuffed afterwards. First course was warm infused water, nice flavour, but a course? For a star and I personally expected more. The food had interesting flavour combinations, the presentation was spotless, staff...was friendly, the head honcho was loud. They try to sell you add-on foods and drinks, additionally to the menue; the price you find out afterwards. All in all, more show than substance.
