We opted for th... read more This is a must visit in Berlin if you like unique, flavourful food. You need to get the dinner with friends menu as it is great value for money. We opted for the menu with unlimited drinks and the staff are very attentive filling up glasses so we had a lot! We got every single vegetarian option they have on the menu (as we informed them we don’t eat meat) as well as 2 deserts (10 dishes in total which came to €140 which was the price of the menu for 2 people without even including the drinks cost). Definitely worth the money even if you think it is pricey as we were stuffed with food and alcohol. We loved the atmosphere sitting at the bar too! Would recommend to anyone.

(Caters well for vegetarians) Food arrived promptly and was very tasty but portion sizes were extremely small and more like starter portions. We asked for chips/potatoes on the side and were told they didn't do them but they offered us bread. This arrived when we had finished our mains despite having asked for it twice. Nothing special about atmosphere, service or decor. Had to go to a nearby Cuban restaurant after for nachos and mojitos !!! If you're looking for overpriced small tasty portions this is the place for you.

Staff was a wee bit disorganized that night but I'd love to go back to try more things. Great energy in this restaurant as well without being overly loud.

We couldn’t get booked in weeks in advance, but a last minute availability came up in the cancellations list. I am so glad we came to Night Kitchen, as it has now been added to our list of favourite restaurants. The food was absolutely incredible definitely opt for the “dinner with friends” offer as you get to try loads of different dishes, I really enjoyed some dishes which I otherwise would have never ordered myself. Special shout out to Douglas, and another female waitress who we didn’t get the name of. Both were so attentive, had a laugh with us throughout the night and even gave us some Berlin recommendations. I would come back to Berlin, for Night Kitchen alone! Highly recommend.

We had the dinner with friends so everything vegan the menu had to offer was presented beautifully on our dinner table. I'll definitely come back.

It is cozy, dimly illuminated, red-ish, and somehow cramped (in a good way! . In the evening there were several waitresses who served us and all were professional, friendly and helpful. Since we were a big group, we had no choice as the dinner with friends option, which costs 50€ per person and lets you try a bit of everything on the menu. The waitress asked if someone had any allergies or food restrictions and I let them know I was vegan. When the dishes came out, they said all the ingredients in every dish on the whole table, which was great, so I could know what 't vegan. In total, we received three vegan dishes and three vegetarian dishes vegan, plus vegan tahini sauce, pommes and a vegan dessert. They even made a point to say when something vegan was what I liked. All I had was absolutely exquisite. Honestly, it is one of the best culinary experiences I had in Berlin, and perhaps even in my life. The biggest drawback was that the Nonvegans obviously got more dishes than I did, as they also ate the Nonvegan dishes. I'm not sure how to go as a group with only vegans. Thanks to the cozy atmosphere, the great service and exquisite food I am happy with my experience and would not mind going back. P.S. The English version on its website lists too few of its dishes as vegan and vegetarian as is actually the case. Check the German version instead.

The meal started with their own-made sesame bread — fresh from the oven, warm, and crusty with a nutty aroma that’s absolutely addictive. It set the tone for a wonderful dining experience. Here are my fave so far: Ceviche– A zesty, citrusy burst of freshness that woke up the palate. Fried Cauliflower– (perhaps my favorite! Crispy and golden on the outside, soft on the inside, with a sauce that took it to the next level. Surf and Turf (Octopus Sausage – An unexpected pairing that worked perfectly. The octopus was tender and smoky, the sausage rich and flavorful. Amba Chicken– Tender chicken infused with the sweet-sour flavors of amba sauce—comforting and delicious. Lamb Chops with Beans– Juicy, tender lamb and creamy beans that brought a touch of rustic comfort. Sweet Potato Parsley– Earthy, sweet, and brightened up with fresh herbs. Will definitely go back to try all other dishes! The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. What a delightful surprise to have the waiter/waitress curate the dishes based on our preferences they asked if we preferred vegetarian, meat, etc. . Each dish was a true 'kicker ' an explosion of flavors with all the components perfectly balanced in a single spoonful. We left feeling beyond satisfied, completely and utterly full! While the wine selection was decent 'ok ' and sufficient , the incredible food definitely stole the show. Highly recommended for a unique and abundant dining experience!
