The pho bo is one of the most popular dishes on the menu so we had to try it. Tasted like the pho in the US except the broth was lighter with less seasoning (e g no hoisin sauce etc). I thought it was ok. The place was packed indoors and outdoors but they were able to find seating for 2 immediately. Pho Bo: Homemade beef bouillon with fine strips of beef, Banh Pho rice ribbon noodles and fresh Vietnamese herbs. Seasoned with cinnamon, aniseed and coriander. Bathroom was clean; they had one stall for the ladies and two standing toilets for men. Both genders share one sink

That is very generous on my part. 1 star for being a Viet restaurant in the middle of Berlin and able to carry out all these years. 2 stars for being brave to call itself a Viet restaurant. Pho is a traditional dish of Viet 's cuisine but it tasted nothing like Pho. I 'm sorry but it has no taste, no flavor! My husband ordered Beef Pho, my friend ordered Chicken Pho. Both tasted like salted water with rice noodles. I felt awful when I saw the Berliners lined up to eat Viet Food . Mr Vuong, you might need to look over your kitchen.
