The restaurant really stands out for its location, offering both indoor and outdoor experiences for different preferences. Seated outside by the Spree river, it’s expected to be greeted by breezes of wind that soothe minds and conversations, suitable for those looking to clear their minds or enjoy a peaceful night. Indoors, the setting showcases a polished, well-thought interior setup. I personally prefer to sit outside as long as the weather's no worse than a light drizzle. Once seated, you will be presented with a well-curated drinks menu that is designed to accommodate the dishes. I had a great time with the cocktail options, with each posing its own unique blend of flavors, like how P*rnstar Martini has a really sour core yet much sweeter extra layers. During non-crowded nights, it may be possible to request more customized drink options, thus elevating your experience further. In terms of a polished journey, this is something the restaurant strives to provide. Servers are equipped with comprehensive knowledge of the dishes, so their recommendations stay reliable and on-point. Another thing is how Moon Exquisite makes sure it always listens keenly to any customer's feedback, whether a dish is perfectly crafted or in need of improvement. This level of attentiveness and care stands out for me particularly and keeps me coming back. Moving to the main course of the night, we have the dishes. From appetizers and mains to desserts, the elements done well in this aspect are plenty: Complexity of flavors that makes many go “Wow!” out loud, the way even the smallest component is essential to the dish, or the dedication to hand-craft nearly every element. I'd recommend ordering a different set each time you visit, as the chef always knows how to keep you guessing. With all that said, I can’t wait to come back. What about you?
