Staff completely unorganized. Missed close to 10 orders. Ghey came by with other visitors food and drinks on four ocassions. Food served was poor at best. Meat was grilled paper dry. Appetizer never came but billed. Had to argue. Charged for sides which menu said...was included. Never again, do not go here for any food. Maybe drinks if every other option is missed.
Waited so long for someone to take our order, eventually we had to call someone over. We then had to order our drinks twice as the first waiter forgot! When they eventually arrived, just before we were going to walk out, they only brought one...drink and not both. The waiter was confused that we had ordered a drink each! When we asked for the bill the waiter asked if I was going to pay for my wife’s drink as well!! Very poor experience, we won’t be returning.
Very large restaurant that was good to get a table. the service was quite slow and our main thing came out at different times, while our started with the same main course. Eating was okay not to write home and the ****. mary cocktail was pretty poor.
We came for a meal after the pass and the menu and the photos on the menu all looked great. the place was very busy and the people were turned away. it is located in a first class position next to the tv tower. we ordered one. mixed grill for two price on 55 euro and two beers. the mixed grill was terrible. worse than wetherspoons. every piece of meat was dreadfully dry and overcooked. it was like a chew of a leather shoe. we had a plate of chips consisting of sweet potatoes, normal pommes and wedges on which we were dumped. it looked like McCain frozen chip. I really think the meat was precooked, then microwave to order. everything was lukewarm. I tried to get a coworker and then just get a bill so it can go. the worst meal of holiday by far. avoid them. came home saw these reviews and wish I had checked before. 70 euro was wasted.
I had a piece of strudel and a latte on a Tuesday night. Food was good I admit. I spent 9€ and wanted to pay with card (seemed normal to me) but I was told they accept card payments only above 15€. I insisted but...at the enr I paid cash. I Had to Ask for the receipt and the waiter looked very much annoyed. Back at the hotel I looked at the wallet and I found that instead of 10€ change, they gave me 10 TURKISH LIRA, that were very similar in shape and color to the 10 euros!! Unbelievable! So dishonest! Such a shame for a beautiful place
