Lebensart coffee is a berlin chain coffee. This branch is in the prestigious avenue unter den linden, “under the tiles”. oted has a nice small terrace, as on the sidewalk there are few people, who prefer the central branch of the avenue. oted has a view of the small brandenburg door, and is the ideal place for a coffee in the afternoon, or for your breakfast. They have a lot of different cakes, typical of berlin and German. It's healthier than sausage breakfast, and it changes. They also offer simple dishes, salads and snacks half a day. has 6 or 7 euros for your breakfast, and about 10 euros for lunch in this place. inside there are two floors and you can have good views also in the square of Paris. make cakes to order for special occasions.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever encountered. We placed an order with the understanding that delivery would occur within 2 weeks, as initially promised. However, 3 weeks have now passed, and your team has informed us that delivery will only happen next week, extending the waiting period to 4 weeks. At one point, I received a call explaining that the delay was due to the drying machine, though the washing machine is apparently ready. I made it very clear during that conversation that I urgently need the washing machine, as we had already given away our old one based on your team's initial assurance of a 2-week delivery window. Instead of addressing the immediate need of your customer, the decision was made to hold everything back until the drying machine was ready, which has left us in an incredibly inconvenient situation. For an organization that prides itself on a premium customer journey, this has been anything but. Spending thousands of Euros only to end up washing clothes at a laundromat is unacceptable. I suggest you reevaluate how customer priorities are handled at this branch.
