We placed an order with the understanding that delivery would occur within 2 weeks, as initially promised. However, 3 weeks have now passed, and your team has informed us that delivery will only happen next week, extending the waiting period to 4 weeks. At one point, I received a call explaining that the delay was due to the drying machine, though the washing machine is apparently ready. I made it very clear during that conversation that I urgently need the washing machine, as we had already given away our old one based on your team's initial assurance of a 2-week delivery window. Instead of addressing the immediate need of your customer, the decision was made to hold everything back until the drying machine was ready, which has left us in an incredibly inconvenient situation. For an organization that prides itself on a premium customer journey, this has been anything but. Spending thousands of Euros only to end up washing clothes at a laundromat is unacceptable. I suggest you reevaluate how customer priorities are handled at this branch.

This used to be a good company however their products are now unreliable while costing 40% more. Used to paying more for Miele meant not problems however this i... read more This used to be a good company however their products are now unreliable while costing 40% more. Used to paying more for Miele meant not problems however this is no longer the case. Our refrigerator/freezer is broken, so we paid the expensive fee for them to come check it. The technician came and proceeded to make the problem worse. Then we contacted them asking for a repair ASAP since we can't use the refrigerator at all and we need a refrigerator to live in 2025. They said they would send a person out in 2 weeks. The day comes then the person doesn't even show up and they call and reschedule for next week. This will be over a month of a broken refrigerator and freezer. This is beyond unacceptable and shows how quality their products are and their lack of supporting them. I will never buy another Miele product.

This branch is located in the prestigious avenue Unter Den Linden, “under the tiles.” You have a nice small terrace, as on the sidewalk there are few people, preferring the central branch of the avenue. You have a view of the little door of Brandenburg, and it is the ideal place for a coffee in the afternoon, or for your breakfast. They have a lot of different cakes, typical of Berlin and Germany. It's healthier than sausage breakfast, and it changes. They also offer simple dishes, salads and snacks a half day. Account 6 or 7 euros for your breakfast, and about 10 euros for lunch in this place. Inside there are two floors and you can also have good views over the square of Paris. They make cakes to order for special occasions.
