Found the quantity very small and the prices very high.The steak was average nothing so special, some mashed potato and asparagus,tomato.Fish calamari was fine but not much was given.Wine was the worst I've drank in all my time living in Berlin.Service wasn't very friendly.

Having been to Mariona a couple of times a few years ago, I decided to take a trip over to kreuzberg once again last week in order to indulge in some fine Catal... read more Having been to Mariona a couple of times a few years ago, I decided to take a trip over to kreuzberg once again last week in order to indulge in some fine Catalonian cuisine.The restaurant and staff were as inviting as ever, however the key ingredient was missing - what has happened to the food?!I had the octopus to start and followed it up with the lamb and my wife went for the risotto. The mains were overcooked (risotto was also tasteless in addition to being a little chewy) and the chef was too generous on the salt for my lamb.Desserts were average - my crema catalana was runny inside and my wife couldn't finish her spicy panacotta (nice idea but didn't work out)I really hope that the chef was just having an off day as this should be a 5 star restaurant. Unfortunately, I can only give it 3 based on my most recent experience....visca Mariona - you can do better!

We saw this restaurant pop up and the reviews looked good. When we arrived we were greeted with a lovely host and what seemed like a family run restaurant. Every recommendation from the host/waitress was excellent. I’m not sure there was anything in the menu that wasn’t. I would love to come back. Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
