I accidentally chose a table with a 'reserved ' sign, to which the waiter said rather grumpy reserved . 30 minutes later (and more tables occupied) a young lady came, chose the same table: No problem and the sign was moved. Not a good start. I choose the loaded fries chicken parma. In general: German fries are not my taste. The vegan chicken was from Tindle, the vegan mozzarella was home made and had quite a good texture. I had a (expensive) 'basilikum spritz ' which was very refreshing and tasteful. But the food was overall not very tasty (flat in taste).

Bit more heavy handed with the seasonings, Nachos in the burger could be made in house to make the burger better, a herby salsa to cut through the sauce but just a but more seasoning, not like tea spoons, just a pinch This place would be great with an in house vinegar based hot sauce or chimichuri sauce. But yeah US comfort food for me is meant to be a rich, indulgent experience where as this was a light, unexciting one.
