The to... read more I went here couple years ago and rememmber it as good. This time i went and the dough was actually good, but the pizza had no taste. I got the buffalina. The tomatoes tasted like water. Tomato sauce and cheese barely had any taste. So good dough, not so good ingredients. Service was the bare minimum.

Making pizzas, serving, taking orders, preparing drinks. It was painful to watch and completely killed the vibe. Pizzas were left sitting around, toppings added in a rush, and the result somehow overdone and underdone pizza at the same time also really wet one. Open kitchen makes the chaos impossible to ignore. I felt bad for the staff member, but this is on the owners. Understaffing at this level destroys both the product and the experience. Beautiful space, but currently very poorly managed.

But the pizza Zola, although it had an amazing dough, was tasteless.. no Gorgonzola at all, no taste from the cheeses, the walnuts.. had to add some pepper to taste something. maybe next time I’ll give another try with another choice!
