Sunday morning was buzzing, ye... read more A wonderfully lively neighborhood café that seems to have perfected the delicate art of being very busy without becoming chaotic. Sunday morning was buzzing, yet the service remained friendly, relaxed and attentive. The Serrano bagel was large, freshly prepared and excellent, while the veggie LaMa bread with avocado and cheese was equally generous and very tasty. The espresso was genuinely good — which in Berlin is occasionally treated as an optional extra. Banana bread handled the sweet cravings admirably. Despite the city’s usual cloudy-and-windy theatrics, sitting outside was quiet and spacious. Judging by the steady stream of people (and takeaway cups), this place has clearly become a beloved neighborhood institution.

I was in a situation where I had to hop into a meeting in 10 minutes and figured out the wifi was broken. Otherwise the vibe is great, staffs are super nice and dog friendly. :
