Ther... read more I usually stop here in the morning to pick up breakfast, and until now my experience has generally been positive. However, today’s visit was disappointing. There were two staff members at the counter. One was attentive and handled customers efficiently, while the other focused on rearranging and restocking items, even though the counter was already full and the line of customers was growing. When I asked if he could assist with serving customers, his response was rude. Due to this experience—particularly the lack of responsiveness during a busy period and the unfriendly interaction—I am reconsidering returning and understand some of the lower ratings and comments mentioned in other reviews.

She informed a colleague who was clearly busy with other tasks to help me. I had to leave to catch my train before receiving any service.
