A beautiful place, a bit hidden from the street, so it's great that we stumbled upon it by accident. Plus, the food is delicious and the service is very fast.
We were there today with our kids (8 and 14 years old) because we as a family really love sushi and are already fans of the other Duc shops. We definitely have a new favorite restaurant!!! Very nice service, really good sushi and a great, vibrant atmosphere! We'll definitely be back soon! Thanks!!
We went to this restaurant two evenings in a row. Since we are Asian, our taste buds were well satisfied. The price is proportional to the quality, a highly recommended restaurant.

Used to be one of my favorite sushi places. I recently ordered delivery and the salmon was poorly cut, had a very chewy white skin.
Amazing place! Not only good quality and delicious food but also very good people work here. I left a MacBook charger (by accident) they kept it and returned it very friendly manner!
We visited this restaurant spontaneously during the week. I usually go to the Kuchi location in Charlottenburg and have always been a big fan. In general, I expect a similar experience across all Kuchi restaurants, and the food here certainly lived up to those expectations. All of the dishes we ordered were fresh, tasty, and well prepared. However, this visit was not entirely without issues. I was served a different Maki menu than the one I had ordered. When I pointed this out, I made it clear that I was still happy to eat it and wasn't looking for a replacement. Unfortunately, the interaction that followed felt a bit unfriendly, as if my comment had been taken personally. To the restaurant's credit, the situation was later clarified, and an apology was offered. I appreciated that the misunderstanding was addressed professionally in the end. Overall, despite this minor issue, I enjoyed the food and left satisfied. The quality of the dishes remains very good, and I would still return in the future.

Sushi Pizza! Every time I'm in Berlin, I have to come here! Sushi is great and you always find new things. This tie. I was recommended to the glass noodle salad that was delicious What I never liked so much was the service and restaurant itself, as it is quite sterile with large sharing tables. However, I was asked if we would like to share and since I had a business lunch, I said that I would rather not and so we could sit alone, I will come again and again, only for food, but it is a “sit down, eat and leave” place.
The sushi was really nice and yummy, but the waiters are quite rude. We were 3 people trying to get seats without a reservation. The waiter told us that there is only a table available at 21:00 which was 3 hours away, so we ordered...take away. After about 5 min this couple came in, and they also had no reservation but managed to get seats when the waiter told us we had to wait 3 hours. 20 min after that, a group of 3 came in with no reservation, and they got seats as well. We were pretty furious. Good food but bad service.
Never again! Sushi for people who've never had good sushi. I expected more from such good reviews, but what I got was just above supermarket quality. I ordered nigiri, which depends on the rice and the quality of the fish. The rice wasn't properly cooked:...too sticky, dense, and unpleasant. The fish was too cold, which means the ingredients aren't good. They pile on the ginger, which is good for covering up the quality. It's way overpriced and not recommended. Also, the chef didn't care about the presentation as they were all huddled in the center of the plate touching each other--probably because they were too cold. Also the tempura was soggy, not crisp or crunchy as it should be, and the batter had no taste.
Went there twice in my stay as we loved the food so much. Highly recommend it. Best friends sushi was very good and the prawn tempura. Not flashy but really good quality and great value! Loved it thank you
If you like sushi and Japanese cooking in general, Kuchi is for you. If you want to find an address that is not a tourist trap, but in reasonable proximity to the city center with the essential attractions you need to see, it is also for you. It is not...too lively or too quiet, the food is excellent, the prices are sufficient and the service is fast, friendly, helpful and professional. We come almost every time we come to Berlin at family visits and we were never disappointed. But only on the last occurrence (we actually came twice during this special stay) I noticed that the address is actually interesting in itself. While you go to the backyard, watch the ad on the right side as you enter. plaster road 3 is an address full of history. Depending on the temperament you can read about it before or after your meal...
