First off the food quality is good. The inside of the cafe is pleasant and clean. The problem comes with the staff, slow to a point that I thought one of them was going in reverse. The owner has been sitting behind me for the best part of 30 mins loudly chatting to friends. Whilst at the counter a man waited for at least 15 minutes for a coffee. The table in front of me has yet to be cleared, the three people left before the owner sat down. A couple at the window have been trying to get the eye of the staff for 10 minutesThe service is just bad. 2 out of 3 drinks were wrong. The hot chocolate... Wasn't!Such a shame, great food. Just no love for the customers. *note: the cook is now having to clear the tables as the other staff seem to have disappeared. **note2.. Butter costs 50 cent. Really?

The staff was very friendly and the location, even with the road next to it, was cool to look around, some trees, some birds... we had a nice time.
