There's a wide selection of dumplings, both special and classic, and even many vegetarian options. Reservations are definitely recommended, as the restaurant is quite small and gets quite busy. Yesterday, I chose the spinach and tofu dumpling, the truffle dumpling, and the cheese dumpling, and I couldn't say which was the best because they all tasted fantastic. They were accompanied by various pickled salads. A positive note was that a complimentary carafe of water was placed on our table. Overall, it was a delicious experience that transported me to the mountains.
