A staff member told us to wait on the corner while he checked to see if there was a spot available. Another mother with her child stood next to us to wait. Then another employee came and asked who the three of us were looking for a seat and led us to a table. We ordered food and drinks. But suddenly the first employee appeared and insulted us in an unbearably harsh tone. He claimed we just sat down and had to leave. He thought it was a disgrace that we sat down even though he had supposedly told us that there was no room left today. He refused to believe us that his colleague had brought us to the table. Instead he insisted that he had told us there was no more room. I assume that he spoke to the other mother with the child at the entrance and not to us! It's not my fault that communication between colleagues didn't work. The colleague who accompanied us to the table even denied that he had not brought us to the table. It is an absolute disgrace to treat guests this way! One should apologize for the inconvenience if there is a misunderstanding between colleagues, rather than baselessly accusing guests for simply sitting down! How can an employee work so unprofessionally, insulting and insulting guests for no reason? Never again!

Not a bad place. The food is generally okay, unless you're a big foodie. The service isn't too slow. The Pho Bo soup is good. The maki rolls are also acceptable... read more Not a bad place. The food is generally okay, unless you're a big foodie. The service isn't too slow. The Pho Bo soup is good. The maki rolls are also acceptable, but they don't cut off the ends, so they look a bit messy. I wouldn't recommend the fried bananas with ice cream. The bananas are usually overripe or rotten inside, so order at your own risk.
