Today we wanted to go out to eat without having reserved a table. A staff member told us to wait on the corner while he checked to see if there was a spot available. Another mother with her child stood next to us to wait. Then another employee came and asked who the three of us were looking for a seat and led us to a table. We ordered food and drinks. But suddenly the first employee appeared and insulted us in an unbearably harsh tone. He claimed we just sat down and had to leave. He thought it was a disgrace that we sat down even though he had supposedly told us that there was no room left today. He refused to believe us that his colleague had brought us to the table. Instead he insisted that he had told us there was no more room. I assume that he spoke to the other mother with the child at the entrance and not to us! It's not my fault that communication between colleagues didn't work. The colleague who accompanied us to the table even denied that he had not brought us to the table. It is an absolute disgrace to treat guests this way! One should apologize for the inconvenience if there is a misunderstanding between colleagues, rather than baselessly accusing guests for simply sitting down! How can an employee work so unprofessionally, insulting and insulting guests for no reason? Never again!
Never been treated so rudely in my life. Mistakes happen, but not only not apologizing for them, but also blaming the guest is an insolence that is second to none!
Great place in the passing spots of Steglitz. I've been here twice. Great food and super reasonable prices for the area. I could be regular...
The food is good, but sushi is average. Nice atmosphere. they have small kids playground, which makes lunch with a toddler actually possible
