So far... read more We visited Karloff at 16th of Aug with high expectations. The place was nicely decorated and the service was warm and exceptionally polite and friendly. So far everything was nice..... The menu might be 21e for the veggie options but it goes up to 34e...if you chose meat and fresh pasta as we did . The portions are very poor and the taste is nothing special. The stories for the receipes and the ingredients definitely do not match the dishes we tasted. The suggestion about the wine was very good. Over all we paid 109e without a dessert . Our visa and mastercard were not accepted by the pos because it was not german? We could not understand .

We left 100€ poorer, hungry and angry as hell. The location is nice itself, and so is the stuff. Thank you...for all the beautiful stories of the food that we didn't see. As a Berliner, I can't do otherwise than strongly disadvise.
