The location is very nice and the food good (especially ceviche and tartare), even if we expected a bit more creativity; prices seemed OK. The wine list is good, even if I did not understand some prices (the Ferrando's Quarticello, for example, costs exactly twice as in an Italian restaurants). What was completely missing was the service. Wine was not poured from the bottle at the table (I expect it if I pay 9-10 € for a glass!), the service was extremely fast, the waitress did not explain anything about dishes, and finally they brought us a wrong (and of course overpriced) bill. So I have mixed feelings about Industry Standard, probably in Berlin there is something better.

Portions were not hu... read more We pretty much ordered almost everything on the menu for our party of five. Lots of interesting combinations, veggie dishes, meat and fish. Portions were not huge, but really tasty. Service sometimes slow due to understaffing of waitpersons. Acoustics terrible; very noisy. Environment very utilitarian, think former East Berlin Coffeehouse.

Reasons to avoid: bad service (although to be fair it looked like our waiter was the only one to be so unfriendly), very overpriced (yes it is).

Vraiment notre adresse coup... read more Nous sommes amateurs de semi-gastro et nous avons découvert un travail exceptionnel du chef. Élaboré, dans la nuance et très subtil. Vraiment notre adresse coup de cœur. Nous avons découvert des vins allemands intéressants même en biodynamie. Nous avons dîner au bar ce qui est chouette pour voir le travail de la cuisine ! Le cadre est agréable avec un service en française ce qui est un plus !

The combination of the dishes was not elegant and often the primary ingredient (fx tartare) was totally dominated by other ingredients (fx pesto). And that's a shame.
