I ordered the Quattro Stagione Vegetariana which they made vegan, leaving off the cheese and adding bread crumbs to make it more Parmesan-like. I ordered the Quattro Stagione Vegetariana that made them vegan, leave the cheese and adding bread crumbs to make it more Parmesan-like.
