I was confused from start to finish walking around this place... is it a shop? is it a cafe? do you wait to be served? do you serve yourself? You press a few buttons on a machine and an ice-cream appears, then there are tables dotted around an empty room where you walk around and add whatever toppings you want... it was difficult enough to navigate even without the language barrier. I get the concept but its not very well executed. A robot makes your ice-cream but you then have to add your own toppings, very strange. The ice-cream itself was just OK. They have a great variety of toppings but there's just no flow to the place at all. Not the best value either, at 3 euro for a small cup.
В общем-то обычное кафе с мороженным и замороженным йогуртом, куда добавляете наполнители по своему вкусу. Главная фишка в то, что все по максимуму автоматизировано — в идеале вы будете общаться с человеком только в момент оплаты за кассой.
Die Auswahl war beeindruckend, aber die Toppings waren aufgrund des zu kleinen Bechers eingeschränkt. Qualität war sehr gut. Freundliches Personal.
This is an odd one. Ryanair-ish self order process, followed by the gimmick of watching automated delivery of your ice cream.....but then you have to meander around aimlessly through a round of tables with toppings that you manually add yourself. So what's the point of the robots?Ice cream was fine. But the price wasn't Ryanair - was still same as you'd pay for the fancy hand scooped places around this neighborhood. Kids will probably enjoy the gimmick and find it worthwhile. Adults probably can skip this one.
This is as exciting as ordering an ice cream can be! They have a wide selection of different ice creams and toppings to select from. The staff was really helpful and explained everything well enough. First you select the flavor of the ice cream from a huge touch screen, which then gives you a code. You scan the code with the next machine and after like 10 seconds, a small robot will bring your ice cream. Finally you can finish it with toppings of your choice. Prices were reasonable and the selection is huge. A fun experience!
