Another German-style hockey-puck slab of overcooked and likely frozen beef that slips around in the bun like a boiled sausage in a ziplock bag. You know it's a bad sign when a restaurant's name is a reference to the criminally irritating excuse for music that the pathetic art-school junkies overrunning this town are addicted to. One star subtracted right off the bat for the brain cells I lost listening to your insufferable minimal techno mix.

However, my last two visits left a sour tas... read more Just want to start off by saying that I *used* to like this place. The ingredients are quality and the food is good. However, my last two visits left a sour taste in my mouth. During the first of the last two visits, they got my order wrong. I told them I wanted grilled onions on my burger and they didn't add them. Which is a little annoying, but not the end of the world. However, when I told them that they forgot, the guy making them gave a non sympathetic shrug and barely mustered an apology. Ok? Great. And I didn't even get the money back I paid for the extra grilled onion.Then, before we left, we wanted to wash our hands in the bathroom, much to our dismay, the water wasn't working. We told this to they staff and they said that they knew and that they couldn't wash their hands either. Really?? These cooks handling money and using the toilet, not washing their hands and then making food??? That's really gross. ESPECIALLY when dealing with meat. Second time, I went was last night. The girl taking our order must have been new or just hungover/lazy because she took forever figuring out how to take our order, not understanding the POS. Again, I ordered a cheeseburger and they forgot to add cheese. My boyfriend told them so, and we were met with another unsympathetic shrug and an EYEROLL! And apparently this was the owner! We were all really shocked, especially because it's not like we were being unreasonable. He then begrudgingly slapped a cold piece of cheddar into the burger (not melted, thanks) and it was just a weird vibe aand experience. We told them that we used to like this place and come all the time, but we won't be back. It's not enough to serve good food, the customers need to be treated well too. In the end, it's just a place where these Berlin hipster aholes with a shitty beards and tattoos serve overhyped food and play crappy techno and get off being rude and difficult to people. BRAVO, HEAT AND BEAT!
