The Germknödel were tasty, I can definitely recommend the classic netti , and my husband enjoyed the frauke . They were very friendly here, we felt very welcome and had helpful answers to our questions. The drinks were nice as well and there was a nice atmosphere. I love their logo so much, it 's so cute
Häppies is perfection for my kid and me. We discovered the place about 7 years ago and have been customers since. We equally love savoury and sweet varieties, and have loved tasting different versions over time. Netti, the plum one, brings me back to my childhood, when my grandma made a similar one for me. The owner is amazing and warm, and my kid loves her. Now, even as we moved away from Berlin, Häppies stays on our map of to-do things whenever we come and visit. And we always have super yummy food and an amazing time there.
This place is such a gem. I tried their savory Bärbel with goat cheese, walnuts honey and homemade pesto (to die for! and a classic Germknödel, their Netti, where poppyseeds meet a slightly sweet, slightly acidic plum filling. The quiet star of the show the bright pink beet root latte! But the highlight of it all must be the incredibly kind staff who make you feel right at home from the second you enter. For all this, I spent around 22€ and left feeling full and satisfied so I’d say it’s worth it, especially considering it’s all home made. If you go, definitely make sure to try both a sweet and a savory Knödel. I personally feel like two is plenty, even one could probably fill you up decently. But trying several types is definitely the best idea because they’re all amazing.

Best dumplings in Berlin! Hands down I cannot recommend enough. Try savoury and sweet! Both are so delicious. We didn't leave room for sweet but had one and then it was so good we had to get more even though it hurt to eat more
Denoted in Prenzlauer Berg by a couple outside tables and their Zoloft-reminiscent mascot häppies exudes joy in the form of creative globally-inspired Dumplings served at fair prices from a gracious staff. Not the Germknödeln of old, though a Dessert Bun named Netti puts Spiced Plum and Austrian Poppyseeds front and center in Brown Butter, häppies offerings are all Vegetarian and served with Salad with one enough for a snack and two plenty for most as a meal. Prone to weekend sell-outs of top items, though pre-orders and take-out are available, it is amidst clean white surroundings that diners huddle over Coffee or Housemade Lemonade while digging into flavors like Mathias Soy, Figs and Chilies or the Lentil-loaded Krische served with Chutney, Yogurt and Papadam. €7,00 to €8,50 apiece, not cheap but quite affordable considering portions and products involved, youngsters are invited to indulge in Pizza-riffing Julia that can be upgraded by Pesto while everyone would be wise to order one of owner Uli Marschner 's Dani that dazzles like Strawberry Shortcake infused with Peppercorns and a hint of acidity from aged Balsamic.
We tried one savory (Mathias) and one sweet (white chocolate pistachio) dumpling. The taste for both was ok. Not something that blew us away or would give us a reason to come back. The price: 6-7€ per piece is completely overpriced in my opinion. You'd have to order 4-5 pieces to call it a meal. Taste and price value is not something that convinced us. Sorry!
Fantastic and interesting variety of Austrian germknodle. This is a cute little cafe.
Probably one of the best places to eat in all Berlin. Not only is the food outstanding with very creative recipes but the service/staff is by far one of the warmest/sincere I have experienced. Just as the name states you leave being truly happy! While enjoying our dumpling, the owner came out and visited with us. It was so interesting to learn how she came up with her creative inspiration. In fact, one of the dessert recipes (Emil) was created while on a recent trip to Los Angeles. With peanut sauce on top, cherry filled inside and a sprinkle of coconut it was a perfect ending to our meal. Tip; go with a group, order several dumplings and share.

I work part time in wolt courier and last night I was there. They were really nice to me and because It was really cold outside they gave me a warm dessert which was very delicious and reminded me of my home. I will recommend this place a thousand time
For steaming hot, doughy dumplings made by someone who understands flavour perfectly (and finds joy in playing with it too! — this is the place you need to come :
Best food and sugary owner. New, partly seasonal recipes are constantly being tried and brought to people with loving storytelling. I'd give 6 stars if I could!
I love this place! The food is amazing, but what makes this restaurant my favorite place in Berlin is the wonderful staff; they’re always super kind and receptive. They speak English too. (Helene is my favorite häppie
I am editing my review since last time I had no chance to take pictures and write properly. I had lunch at happiest today for the second time and the experience was once again amazing! The treatment of the service couldn't be better (they care about you, that you have all the info you need and check in on how has been your experience). The food is delicious and I am counting the days to repeating

One of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had. The food is like a kind of anesthesia. I had to come back. This place deserves all the success!!
Probably one of the best places to eat in Berlin. Not only is the food excellent with very creative recipes, but the service/staff is by far one of the warmest/sincere I have experienced. As the name says you're really happy! While we enjoy our emptying, the owner came out and visited us. It was so interesting to learn how she appeared with her creative inspiration. 40 minutes drive to Happies and I was not disappointed. The concept is cool, the food is tasty and the owners are super friendly. I tried Sofia and Barbel for the hearty bliss. And Emil for Dessert. My favorite from all three was Barbel. The taste was so good and well balanced. All 3 were light and I think 2 hens and 1 dessert are enough for a person.
I stumbled over Happies after I really disappointed with another vegan joint near that had terrible customer service. Once I came in, the girls greeted me with a real smile and were excited to explain their unique and tasty menu. I was really hungry and a bit upset by the time I came into, but her amazing customer service really made a big difference. I decided to try the Sophia (which turned out to be my favorite) and the Indian (I forgot the name. It was full and delicious. I went back the next day and had another big lunch and went so happy. They treated every customer with so much respect and made everyone who came into the door feel welcome. I even thought the girl on the front was the owner because she was so much for everything and it was a pleasant surprise when she told me that she loved not only the place as if it were her own. Next time I'm in Berlin!
Häppies is quintessential Berlin: a very trendy, hipster joint that serves essentially one specialty with several delicious variations. Located in a vibrant neighborhood, it attracts customers of all kinds, but seems to resonate most with hip millenials. The menu only contains a few items, but each one is full of unique flavor. Don't let the menu fool you the ingredients listed may seem to clash, but it's quite the opposite it's characteristic fusion of flavor creates a unique experience you can't find anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and get the sweet option when you're finished. You won't regret it!
