I think the locals like it that way as it really is a fantastic little place. It serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine and is unbelievably cheap. For only 5 euros I can chose the daily special which consists of a main course and a choice of soup or spring rolls for starters . Just 5 euros !!! The food is delicious and you get plenty of it. The menu is quite extensive so there is plenty of choice. I have eaten there a lot and have never been disappointed. The restaurant itself is small but intimate - I get the impression that most of their customers are ordering take-aways. However they have a lovely terrace that catches the sun in the afternoons which makes it the perfect place to chill out with a beer ( also really cheap ) and some inexpensive, delicious, freshly cooked Vietnamese food. I can't recommend this place enough. It really is a little treasure. Probably the best way to describe it's location is that it is on the main road to the Eisern Union football stadium and is next to a boxing club. You should try it. For value for money it simply can't be beaten.

Wir bestellten das Mittagsangebot (Knusprige Ente mit Rotem Curry mit Reis und Frühlingsrollen). Leider war die Serviererin dem Deutschen nicht so mächtig, so dass es zu Missverständnissen bei der Bestellung der Getränke kam. Die Speise schmeckte ok, nichts Besonderes aber nicht schlecht.

I think the locals like it because it's really a fantastic little place. It serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine and... is incredibly cheap. For only 5 euros, I can choose the daily special consisting of a main course and a selection of soup or spring rolls for starters. Only 5 euros!!! The food is delicious and you get a lot of it. The menu is very extensive so there is a lot of choice. I've eaten a lot there and never disappointed. The restaurant itself is small, but intimate I get the impression that most of their customers order take away. However, they have a beautiful terrace that catches the sun in the afternoons that makes it the perfect place to also really cheap with a beer and some cheap, tasty, freshly cooked Vietnamese cuisine. I can't recommend this place enough. It's really a little treasure.
