The prices were really good- Bratworst for 1.50 Euro and it came with a roll. They serve you on glass plates with real silverware and the environment is cozy. The ladies behind the counter were really sweet. I could live there.

Unserem zaghaftes " nein" folgte dann die weitere knappe Ausführung , dann gebe es auch keinen Verkauf.Unser 3. Besuch auf Gut Hesterberg. Leider wieder mit der Erfahrung, daß das Personal absolut kundenfeindlich , ja geradezu selbstherrlich Besucher verprellt. Die meisten Besucher , so wie wir , nehmen eine längere Fahrt auf sich um zu dem abgelegenen Gut zu fahren..Schade eigentlich

It is an open plan r... read more Found this place while walking around looking for some traditional German food. It all looked really good so we bought a few dishes to try. It is an open plan restaurant in the basement floor of the Ring Center. Has delicatessen counter with all sorts of cold meats, sausages, cheese..and hot food counter. Each meal presented in heated containers with a little nameplate telling you what the dish is. You can choose the meals e.g. meat sauce, potatoes, and sauerkraut (three different options) and they prepare it on plate/bowl or takeaway box for you.Beef goulash was fantastic, meat was well cooked in a thick sauce. Curried wurst absolutely delicious! Also tried lentil soup, which was a main meal on its own, very thick and tasty! And of course "bratkartoffeln" - traditional german potatoes and yummy sauerkraut. Large portions (takeaway) and not expensive. (total ~ 20 Euros).

It is an open restaurant on the ground floor of the Ring Center. Has delicacies counter with all kinds of cold meat, sausage, cheese and hot food counter. You can choose the meals, e.g. meat sauce, potatoes and sauerkraut (three different options) and prepare it on plate/bowl or takeaway box for you.
