The atmosphere is super chill, plenty of... read more Great coffee and awesome place to sit and drink, probably one of my favorite cafes to hang or at while visiting Berlin. The atmosphere is super chill, plenty of places to sit outside or inside on a couple levels. I really enjoyed the music as well, had to Shazam a few songs during my visit to add to my playlists. Godshot really is the perfect combination of excellent coffee and atmosphere.

I had a little spare time before dinner so decided to grab a coffee and wandered by Godshot. Warm, cosy interior: check. Inviting, friendly staff: check. Great range of coffee: check. Loved that I had three types of espresso to choose from! I went Italian and it was precisely what I needed after an epic journey to Berlin. The whole place has a family friendly and community vibe; whilst I was there there was a party of mums and their kids enjoying a natter and some cake, and another dude (I think from the book shop next door which also looks ace and I'm sad I missed the chance to browse) was there with his wee girl. Basically, it's totally lovely. Five stars is potentially generous for one visit that lasted less than an hour, but I really loved the vibe. I've a feeling I'll be back one day.
