This is coming from a person who has travelled a lot for business and pleasure and worked for hospitality/restaurant/catering sector. Every portion (EVERY SINGLE ONE) was heated in a microwave oven and poorly prepped as well. Bar looked cool and scrappy (trendy) and but I'd hope to see a semi-decent toilet in a restaurant (OK, tapas bar..) as well. We only finished the Tortillas (omelette) and had to leave almost everything else on the plates. (Ordered 9 or 10 portions) We could see other tables not finishing their food either. And it was not very busy that night either, so we had the opportunity to observe other people a little.. The waiter could not look us in the eyes when we paid for our bill and neither could we as I just felt embarrassed about the whole ordeal.

I advise you to book a table, it's often full.
