Obviously, it 's the same chain as the one in Paris that fits right in among the overpriced stores and restaurants along Friedrichstr. I always stop by the food court where I can find a great selection of cheeses, breads and wine, and scrumptious pastries (true to its French origin). This review is for their lunch. It's by the internal glass vortex at the bottom. Their quiche is delightful and their salads excellent. Fine service, too.

Gourmet Lafayette (in the basement) is an excellent spot for a quick lunch or snack. The champagne selection is outstanding.
This place is amazing! They sell all kinds of gourmet foods and fine wine, where you can sit in a bar setting and enjoy sea food, sushi, hamburgers, steaks, and great desserts. We went for the sushi bar and had several rolls and nigiri with tuna and Salmon, all were perfect. The fishes, rice and vegetables were extremely fresh and the entire setting and atmosphere was welcoming. I'll definitely go back the next time I visit Berlin.
