Today, we went there with great anticipation to celebrate our anniversary and were told that the fondette had been closed for about two weeks. It's a shame, and we're a bit disappointed.

Both the fondue and raclette are almost as good as in Switzerland, and the wine, Viognier La Baume, pairs beautifully with these cheeses. The accompanying garni... read more Both the fondue and raclette are almost as good as in Switzerland, and the wine, Viognier La Baume, pairs beautifully with these cheeses. The accompanying garnishes, such as potatoes and pickles, are also very high quality. I highly recommend them.

That wasn‘t the worst I told the first w... read more High prices (which we were prepared to pay for good food , the cheese fondue we got was so little, that we left hungry. That wasn‘t the worst I told the first waitress, that it was too little (for the price of 44€!! , she apologized and walked away, we then told another waitress that we were left hungry and would leave to get some food somewhere else she also just nodded and said, that we had at least gotten a nice ‚cheese appetizer’. How does this place even exist with such bad customer service?
