I thought I would be surprised. I chose one hazelnut scoop and my brother chose one lemon scoop. We waited forever to be served.
This is a place to have a great ice cream experience. There are two locations in Spandau. Most of the time I take a few balls away. You can also sit inside and outside.
We had ice cream after lunch an my wife had the pistachio flavour. It tasted fake and not good quality. The other flavours were OK but nothing to be exited about.
I could only hope that we would have this quality in Great Britain !! When in Berlin make your way to Spandau and enjoy the best ice cream in your life !! Please go and taste for ourselves .

Since 1927, 15 eis have been sold in the spadauer klosterstraße, since 1984 under the name of florida eis . I have known the eiscafé for almost as long. I lived in a completely different way but sometimes my parents drove to florida. at the time, there were warm days for a long time, and the ice shop was known throughout the west of Berlin. you still have to stand and the familiarity is now far beyond the borders. besides the direct distribution in two eiscafés in spandau, florida is now also available in many supermarkets, kiosks or even in shipment. since the 80s many new sorts have been added, which sometimes vary according to season. what has not changed in my personal life in the past decades is that I still love the spaghetti ice cream of florida otherwise I always go with the sort cookies. in any case, I prefer florida as a berliner tradition brand to the hydrated American sorts, whether fruit or milcheis florida is simply delicious.
The great selection of ice-creams is exemplary. the quality of the eises was always very good at the grades I tested. the cherry and pineapple ice cream is provided with many fruit pieces and the taste is not comparable to the cheap mass goods in the super market. is also recommended the cookie ice cream. nice creamy and exactly the right sweet. there are also lactose-free and gluten-free sorts for selection. the service is friendly, even if there are bigger queues before it: . the prices go for the high quality in order. the 80 years are confirming the qualities of the florida eiscafés.

I love this ice structure of Florida... a local manufactory selling the great varieties and the balls are not overly expensive today compared to other cafes... At that time it was natural with 70 cents per ball and snakes to the gas station (so popular it was still a completely different visit, but Florida ice is a must for every span period (P.S. Nougat sauce is also absolutely a must for nougat lovers!!!
Best ice cream café in Berlin. I don't know them all, but there's only one Berlin that brought me to call me a better ice cream.
Fantastic, leave no wishes open! Perfect and faster!!! Service, highest quality ice cream and also the remaining ingredients. The ambience is cozy and invites you to stay. We definitely come back! Conclusion: 100% recommendation!!!

DAS Eis Café in Spandau, especially popular with families with children and seniors. Super nice and attentive service! Large outer surface and sufficient distance between the tables in the café interior. Sanitary rooms very clean and many indications of hygiene in Corona. Unfortunately, the cappuccio was not so good. But it's an ice cream café...
